Join our resident Beer Enthusiast and Sourpuss, "Dr." Bill Sysak, and explore the tart and tangy deliciousness that is the world of sour ales. This 90 minute class makes an excellent introduction to a traditional style of beer that is fast gaining appreciation here in the New World.
