PA Wine Excellence Winners
Wine maker Brad Knapp will be on hand to talk about his wines, which have won more awards than any other winery at this competition, hosted by the Pennsylvania Wine Society.
HACC Culinary Arts Instructors Chefs Switzenberg and Miles are assembling a delicious and creative menu, built upon the freshest local, organic ingredients. Four Pinnacle Ridge wines will be served, including the Veritas, a Bordeaux blend, chosen as the Best of Show; and Brut Rose, which also won a Double Gold in the 2008 Finger Lakes International Wine Competition.
