Sexual Harassment Prevention
This Seminar introduces participants to sexual discrimination, harassment, and sexual harassment policies and the many resources available should issues arise.
Individuals in supervisory, managerial, or teaching positions are often the first to learn of harassment concerns and must be prepared to respond effectively.
Our guest speaker for this seminar is Michele Lane. She is a member of the State Bar of California and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern and Central Districts of California. Ms. Lane received her B.A. in Humanities from Pennsylvania State University, cum laude, in 1974 and her J.D. degree from Golden Gate School of Law in 1984.
