Miserere Mei: The Music of Lent and Holy Week
MISERERE MEI: THE MUSIC OF LENT AND HOLY WEEK will be performed on Palm Sunday, April 5, at 3:00 P.M. at St. Stephens Church. The featured work for this concert will be the Lamentations of Jeremiah by Tudor composer, Robert White (c.1538-15740. Other music will include pieces by Byrd, Bruckner, Lotti, Morales, Palestrina and Victoria, as well as Gregorian settings of Lenten texts.
