Red Molly In Concert!

Red Molly knows about good cheer. The band's fans, referred to as "RedHeads," respond to the sense that the band is a group of friends, sharing songs in their living room. Laurie MacAllister (guitar, banjo, bass), Abbie Gardner (dobro, guitar) and Molly Venter (guitar) are something extraordinary. They sing gorgeous a cappella ballads, bluegrass-tinged folk and a bit of jazzy
western swing, all served up with three-part harmonies, signature dobro licks and inventive arrangements.
Red Molly has opened a number of shows for music legend Willie Nelson. The Boston Globe praised their "tick-tight arrangements, crystalline vocals and caramel harmonies." Their CD Light in the Sky spent 20 weeks on the Americana Music Association's Top 40 radio chart. In 2013, the band toured in Australia and Europe.
