Behind the Scenes Tour: Mushrooms
Join us for an up close look at Plant Chicago's indoor mushroom cultivation at The Plant.
Plant Chicago grows a variety of mushrooms, including enoki, lion's mane, and several different types of oyster mushrooms year-round at The Plant.
This behind-the-scenes tour walks participants through the entire growing process, including parts of the building not regularly featured in our tour program.
Participants will go home with a bag of delicious oyster mushrooms following the tour!
