BRAINTREE FOLK at ALL SOULS PARISH HALL COFFEEHOUSE
The DENNIS BRENNAN BAND headlines Braintree Folk's Spring 2014 show, to close our first season. Dennis is a veteran performer, long time friend, and on the top of our list as a "must see" musician in the Boston area. The band includes Billy Beard on drums, Richard Gates on bass and backup vocals, with special guest guitarist Lyle Brewer.

NEPTUNE'S CAR opens Braintree Folk's Spring 2014 event. Holly Hanson and Steve Hayes are an acoustic duo from Massachusetts and New Hampshire who play original, Contemporary Folk music. The duo has become known for their intimate performance style, carefully crafted lyrics, generous harmony singing, and exceptional guitar picking. These two musicians have a comfortable and friendly stage presence that has the audience relaxed and captivated. Holly's confident, sweet voice caresses her lyrics as Steve's tasteful guitar licks and back-up vocals add the gilding that puts a shine on their well-polished tunes.
