Learn the art of gluten-free baking with professional pastry-chef and creator of Marin's first entirely gluten free bakery, Heather Hardcastle, owner of Flour Craft Bakery.
Heather will lead a baking class exclusively for you and a small group of other eager bakers in her sparkling, custom-designed and 100% gluten-free professional kitchen. You'll learn the techniques and secrets behind creating gluten free tarts with four tarts demonstrated: two sweet and two savory.
Everyone will go home with a small tart to enjoy.
This is an opportunity to learn from a master-chef who understands the special nature of gluten-free baking, and, at the same time, support the expansion of GIG of Marin's community programming.
GIG of Marin is bringing an internationally-known medical expert to Marin this fall to raise awareness in our community of gluten-related diseases and to provide up-to-the minute information about new medical approaches. To raise the funds necessary for this very special event, GIG of Marin is offering our first fund-raiser at Flour Craft.
