Chef Amir Pem formerly Sir Paul McCartney's former world tour chef and Szymon Jelenski previously with Mark Hix group have combined their talents and passion for food to invite you to the Hill Station for an evening of sheer culinary delight as we wow you with our fine dining take on Surf & Turf. This is not an evening that should be missed if you are a true lover of fine foods and wine cooked to perfection.

Braised daube of beef, with grilled tiger prawns, truffle mash and bourginon garnish
Salted Carmel chocolate torte with pistachio creme fraiche
