SAUCE & BREAD KITCHEN DINNER
If you've been to our store, you've probably seen that we are very fond of the sauces coming out the space that the CO-OP folks have just up the street from us. If you visited them there, you also then know that they not only make sauce, but pretty delicious meals as well. We are thus pretty excited to announce that they are bringing that food to our taproom for one of our Monday Nights Dinners. Here's the deal:
$30 gets you a plate with:
-Roast Chayote, caramelized onion and ricotta salata tart, with salsa verde.
-Chorizo Meatball, diablo gravy, on demi baguette with pickled beet slaw.
-Cashew thumbprint cookie with pineapple center.
Wash it all down with two pints of our beer, and a 5oz pour to go along with the cookie.
It's gonna be pretty nice. Get on it, people!
