WOMEN FILMMAKERS FORUM - Continental brunch and panel discussion
Title IX Behind the Camera - Women in Media As part of 2014's 50th Anniversary of the Civil Rights Act, MJFF is participating in a statewide coalition to promote awareness of the CRA in all aspects of our lives.
We welcome a group of distinguished women filmmakers to a panel discussion on their work as women in the film industry. From Berlin - Alice Agneskirchner, director of this year's WFF Focus Film An Apartment in Berlin, from Miami - Monica Haim, director of Awake Zion and from New York - Susan Muska & Greta Olafsdottir, co-directors of Edie & Thea: A Very Long Engagement. They will be joined by noted Boston entertainment attorney, Sandra Forman. Presented in association with Maine Media Workshops + College.
