Tickets are available at the gate on a first-come, first-serve basis. Lawn seating is unlimited but barn seats may be sold out.

Description
The Olympic Music Festival proudly announces its
26th Season.

June 27th through September 6th, 2009
Saturday and Sunday afternoons at 2 p.m.

(LAWN TICKETS ARE GOOD ANY DATE. All OTHER CHOICES ARE DATE-SPECIFIC BARN SEATING.)

Join us in beautiful Quilcene on the Olympic Peninsula for a relaxing day of exquisite music, walks through the garden and around the farm, picnicing on the lawn and visiting the friendly herd of donkeys.  Experience Chamber Music in an environment that is comfortable and inviting to afficionados and neophytes alike and start a new summer tradition!  Choose to sit in the 100-year old barn on pews or hay bales or purchase Lawn Seating for a casual listening experience on lawn chairs or blankets with your picnic and kids.

Sorry...no dogs other than service animals.

Concerts in the Barn run from June 27th through September 6th. 

Barn Seating is general admission...no reserved seating. The barn doors open at 1:00 PM at which time you may save seats with a blanket or other items.

Lawn Seating is available at every concert and Lawn tickets are Good Any Date throughout the season...if you purchase Lawn tickets and choose not to use them one weekend, you can use them at any other time during our season.


Season Subscription Flex Passes (twelve admissions to the barn are available through the office.  Barn Flex Passes do not guarantee seats - you must contact our office no later than a week before the concert to ensure there is space in the barn.

Gift certificates are available through the office.

Group sales of 15 people or more may be purchased through the office.

Notes
Barn seating is general admission - no reserved seating.  Please call the  Festival office if you have special needs.

For Flex Passes, please contact the Festival office.

Online tickets are available until noon on the Friday before the concert. After noon on Friday, please call the Festival Office.

Refunds and exchanges are only available for barn tickets. Please call the Festival office by 12:00 p.m. the Friday before the weekend performance. There will be a $4 service charge per ticket for refunds and exchanges.

Please note: refunds are not available at the gate!

Unless posted otherwise, tickets are also available at the gate and may be purchased upon arrival.

Children under 7 years of age are invited to sit with their parents on the lawn. There is no charge for children under 7 years. 

Latecomers will only be seated during breaks between musical pieces.

Dogs must stay home - only service animals will be allowed on the farm.

There is plenty of parking on the festival grounds. RVs and large buses must park outside the festival.
