Appetizers and a copy of the featured book are included for each attendee. A cash bar is available, and the evening ends with a Theo Chocolate confection.
Dr. Stuart Brown, a psychiatrist, has spent decades studying animal and human "play", and his research proves that play is essential to our skills of adaptability, intelligence, creativity, problem solving and more. Aside from being fun, play's benefits have profound implications for child development, education, social policy and even the future of our society.
