Teresa Corcao - Film producer and Rio di Janeiro Slow Food leader who is also chef of o' Navigator restaurant. She has developed the "Manioc Project" to teach children in schools about the importance of local Brazilian food traditions.

Margarida Nogueira - started the Rio di Janeiro convivum which was the first in Brazil.
The evening begins at 6:30pm with a screening and panel discussion, followed by a reception from 8:00pm to 9:00pm.
