Pianist Mark Soskin Performs the Music of Sonny Rollins
Mark Soskin is one of the most highly regarded jazz pianists of his generation. He's performed and/or recorded with a virtual who's who of jazz legends including Joe Henderson, Randy Brecker, Billy Cobham, Stanley Turrentine, Herbie Mann, John Abercrombie, Claudio Roditi, David "Fathead" Newman, the NY Voices and many others. His most notable association has been as frequent pianist and music director for jazz legend Sonny Rollins for over 30 years. Mark is joined by tenor giant Rich Perry for this tribute to the master, with Dean Johnson-bass and Anthony Pinciotti-drums.
