This award-winning family musical is based on Charles M. Schulz' cartoon strip, Peanuts. Charlie Brown is a 'lovable loser' but despite bullying at the hands of other kids, Charlie Brown has many friends from school and on his baseball team.

ALUMNI, FAMILY & FRIENDS DAY AT THE MUSICAL: The closing Sunday Matinee on April 6th offers the opportunity to "Chow Down with Charlie Brown" before the performance for $5.00 each.  The simple family lunch includes either hotdog or PBJ, chips, soda and cookie dessert, along with face painting, photo ops, meet & greet the cast/crew, campus tours and more!  There will be Alumni awards at intermission, presenting awards to David Greenbaum (Lindland Award) '91, Van Dyke Roth '73 (Honor Roll), Joe Fama '60, Denis Fama, Leo McCaffrey '14 (High School Award) and Sharon Udovich (Barbara Sherman Award).

Our cast, crew and pit orchestra includes students from both Riordan HS and neighboring campus' (Mercy Burlingame, Lowell, Saint Ignatius).  During the run of the show we will collect donations for The Bully Project, the national movement to stop bullying, which is transforming kids' lives and changing a culture of bullying into one of empathy and action.
