Lockeland Design Center 10th Anniversary Celebration
** UPDATE - Buy a ticket to the event and save $20 off of a personalized brick!
It has been 10 years since Lockeland Design Center opened its doors - and in that decade it has become known throughout Nashville as a Great School in a Great Neighborhood! Hundreds of children have filled its halls with laughter and learning in the past 10 years - and some "alumni" parents thought it would be a great time to get together, celebrate, and provide a lasting legacy for the school.
So we'll gather on Sunday, May 4, from 3 -7 p.m. at East Nashville's own Fat Bottom Brewery for food, music, and the most amazing collection of folks in town. Your ticket pays for food at the event - and $1 from every beer you purchase goes to our cause as well. We'll have Lockeland parents providing music as well.
What's the "legacy"? An awesome, unique bike rack out front, designed by artist Herb Williams! In addition to attending this event, you can also donate to this one-of-a-kind bike rack and have a personalized brick installed as part of it. You (and/or your business or group) can make a lasting impression for Lockeland. For more information, just say "yes" to the brick question when you check out.
While kids 3 and under are free, we're also happy to offer you babysitting (and the chance to help make a difference. The youth group at Eastwood Christian Church - which includes many former Lockeland Lions - will provide babysitting (and dinner!), with all proceeds going to support their mission trip to the Dominican Republic this summer. For more information, just reply "yes" to the child care question when you check out.
Don't miss this opportunity to see old friends, make new ones, and help leave a lasting legacy for a school that has made all our lives better!
