    This class will provide you with all the basics you need to know for making Roast Beef. Learn the difference between grass fed beef and corn fed beef, how to choose the right cut for your roast and when to braise instead of roast.
    The roast will be prepared with Wood + Salt's popular Cascavel Rose Rub featuring rose hips and cascavel chilis. In addition, you will learn to make side dishes to accompany your roast.

    Small plates will be provided during the class and there will be a short break to get your local shopping done at the heated City Market Farmer's Market!
