Description
Words & Wine events take place at the elegant Pan Pacific Hotel, where guests mingle with the author while sipping award-winning wines from Chateau Ste. Michelle and enjoying savory nibbles hosted by Pan Pacific Hotel Seattle and prepared by the now opened Seastar Restaurant & Raw Bar at the Pan Pacific Hotel Seattle.

For the highlight of the evening, the engaging Warren Etheredge, of The Warren Report, leads an intimate on-stage interview and conversation with the author.

A copy of the book, signed for you by the author after the interview, is included in the ticket cost, as well as the wine and appetizers.

--------------------

Steven Rinella is the author of 'The Scavenger's Guide to Haute Cuisine' and a correspondent for Outside Magazine, The New Yorker, Men's Journal and Slate.com. In 2005 he won a lottery permit to hunt for a wild buffalo in the Alaskan wilderness, and managed to shoot it and then had to raft it back to civilization while being trailed by grizzly bears and suffering from hypothermia. 'American Buffalo' is more than a tale of his adventure; it is a history of the animal that embodies the American West and what its death and survival has meant to our culture.

Notes
Ticket price includes wine, appetizers, and a copy of the book, which you can have signed by the author.

Parking is available in the Whole Foods parking garage (beneath the hotel).  After 6pm, parking for the evening is $5.
