This is a private event, by a private club, by invitation only. It gives new culinary members a platform to share their dishes and attending members get to sample all kinds of unusual dishes.
Attending members are reimbursing culinary members for their cost, time and effort at $ 1-5 per dish, most likely $ 2-3
Bring Cash - small bills appreciated
Wear comfortable shoes - you'll spend time walking around and standing in line
Bring friends (also need to be signed up) and you can share and taste many more dishes.
