| Description |
| This training empowers adults to become powerful advocates for child safety and abuse prevention. As parents we make many important decisions that affect our family's safety long before our children are old enough to be brought into the process. As kids get older and more independent, new issues arise at every stage of development. Adult education is designed to help parents and other caregivers create a safe environment that gives children the freedom to develop life experience within adult-designed limits, safeguards, and boundaries that protect them from potential abuse. This training will provide strategies that are applicable across the entire child-adolescent developmental continuum. This adult education seminar dovetails with the Kidpower training we provide in separate workshops, working directly with children to teach them skills they can use to safely explore the world. NOTE: No one under 18 years old will be admitted.

| Notes |
$25 registration fee allows all adults from one family to participate.
This particular training is for parents and other adults, caregivers and professionals who work with children. We will be having an adult discussion and we cannot accommodate children at this event. |
