The American Local serves food that pairs well with cocktails and wine, and makes no bones about helping you to enjoy Chris' eclectic, delicious fare perfectly with your favorite beverage.
Portland is made up of many food artisans who have made their way to Portland, and The American Local is no exception--in this case the two had Portland in their sites as they traveled North America generating ideas that they wanted to introduce to this food-crazy city.
Diners who sign up for this great event will get a tour through their tiered menus, with drinks. Six+ courses.
