Social changes and technological advances shaped high-rises between the 1890s and the 1970s, including the King Street Station, WaMu Center and the Rainier Tower.  Tour begins at the Smith Tower, 502 2nd Avenue.

Note: Tour starts at the Smith Tower, 502 2nd Avenue, Seattle, WA. Tour lasts approximately two hours. $15 in advance / $20 day of. Advance purchase is highly recommended; spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. For day of ticket purchases for tours which begin off-site, exact change, in cash, is required. All tours are conducted rain or shine. Tour participants are responsible for their own personal safety. Most routes involve hills, stairs, escalators, and elevators.
