This 2-hour tour will highlight the commerce, economic development facts, and business opportunities.
Did you know... -President Barack Obama had his first political office on 71st Street? -Dr. Margaret Burroughs, educator, activist, & founder of the DuSable Museum of African American History, donated hundreds of museum-worthy artifacts from her travels, artistry, and accomplishments months before her passing for you to see? -Michelle Obama grew up and attended elementary school in South Shore? -South Shore is home to its own opera company?
