Bart Gragg has worked in some of the toughest industries out there. Out of the rice fields of Louisiana and into the oilfields of Texas he was managed and mangled by some of the best and worst bosses around. The most stressful part of his career in demolitions wasn't the work, it was the boss. Bart has since founded Blue Collar University to help select, train and support both new and used managers because in his view "It's What's Above The Collar That Counts!"

Bart recently self-published his book "Managing or Mangling - A Brief Plea To Executives For Sanity in Management".

He will share with us how the power of writing is much greater than simply producing another potential stream of revenue. The process of writing with a purpose allows freedom to create and the focus to understand ourselves and our clients even more.
