The Big Sports Gig
2014 marks the inaugural year for "The Big Sports Gig".
Join us for a wonderful evening with former Seattle Mariner pitcher Brian Holman, former Seattle Sounders forward Roger Levesque and our own Alan Anderson, Gig Harbor Canoe & Kayak Racing Team's head coach!
Proceeds from The Big Sports Gig will go to the new Recreation Scholarship Fund.
This fund will help give our community's youth in need the chance to participate in sports and recreation programs by providing scholarships to eligible youth for qualified programs offered through area organizations and schools so all may play, regardless of ability to pay.
Enjoy a wonderful evening and help hundreds of area youth to participate in sports and recreation programs that provide vital inclusion and social interaction opportunities, as well as health and well-being benefits, that build personal self-esteem and community strength.
