Join us at Holeman and Finch Public House as we welcome hunter, angler, gardener, cook, Hank Shaw, Sunday, January 19th at 6:30pm to celebrate the release of his new book Duck Duck Goose: Recipes and Techniques for Cooking Ducks and Geese, both Wild and Domesticated.
Tickets are $100 and include a copy of the book to be signed, cocktail reception and 3 course dinner with wine pairings.
