Infused with the intensity of one of the most popular fantasy series of all time, this classic tale is transported into the realm of legend in which a conquering hero vies with a treacherous king and his sinister queen in a winner-takes-all battle for ultimate power. Murder and seduction are fueled by Handel's irresistible score, driving the plot through a series of shocking Machiavellian twists and turns in which no one is quite as they appear.
