Lukshon has exquisite and modern takes on Authentic Southeast Asian Cuisine and wonderfully diverse ingredients, where Yoon elevates dishes with well-honed techniques. Chef Yoon began his career in fine dining Michelin-starred kitchens of Paris, New York and Los Angeles including Chinois, and later as Executive Chef of Michael's. Yoon struck out on his own, trailblazing the gastropub movement in LA and beyond with Father's Office. Now he and Sherry Yard, former Executive Pastry Chef for Wolfgang Puck, are collaborating on reopening the Historic Helms Bakery.
