With the release the group's first CD entitled Soundscape, the Brent Canter Trio is creating buzz on the West Coast. The Hollywood Weekly describes Canter's compositions as "a new vocabulary for jazz" and "the new jazz standards for his generation" while LA Jazz Scene describes the sound of the Brent Canter Trio as "fresh and newwith its own sound in the organ trio tradition. This show is a rare visit from the up and coming guitarist now based in New York.
