As a great end to the Slow Food NYC Field Trip to Washington County, join the optional, family style Sunday lunch prepared by Chef Dan Spitz at his Beekman St. Bistro in Saratoga Springs. Lunch will be based on the best seasonal ingredients from near-by farms.
