Here we go! It's time for the next installment of El Circo Cheapo Cabaret--Chicago's greatest cheap date-recession-busting idea. If your goal is to save money and have more fun, we'll help you do both. For only $10-15 dollars you can see people hang from fragile looking things from their toes, ladies shake their hips, crazy people walk on glass, and more!

We are in our new space and can now offer more seats! Yay for getting to see the show! However, we don't have more chairs, so we are offering $10 "picnic seats", on the floor. You can bring a blanket and some wine and cheese and make a romantic night of it. Its like Ravinia, but without the biting insects or the chance of rain! OR, for $15, you can still have a seat in one of our amazing chairs.

BUT ENOUGH ABOUT THE AMAZING PRICE! Let me tell you about the amazing show. Aloft is welcoming interested circus artists from all over to come share our stage. The main purpose of this show us purely one of self-interest. You see, good performance footage of a circus act is awfully hard to come by, so by having a cheap show we can get a fun supportive audience in to clap and cheer as we film our acts to use for promoting ourselves to agents and clients. You never know what you'll get at the cabaret...you might see 5 silks acts from 5 different companies, or you might see a 6-year-old Russian trapeze artist, or an inner-city juggling superstar from the Chicago Youth Circus, or someone trying their act in front of an audience for the first time and asking for feedback, or someone who has done their act so many times they're going to try it blindfolded this time. Who knows, but for less than $17, you can't beat it!

Once the show is sold out, it is sold out. There are no more tickets available, even if you email or call us. Thank you for your understanding.

Question:	Hi Shayna, I have young friends who I would like to bring tonight... tickets for the 7pm show are sold out... how un-kid-friendly is the 10pm show... and/or if we show up at the door at 7pm and somebody else doesn't show up can we get in? Thanks! Claudia
Answer:	Hi! Due to my own error, ticket sales ended early. I have fixed it, and tickets are now available, so go grab em! FYI- the 10 pm show is for 18 and over only. Thanks!

Answer:	No, smoking is not allowed.

Answer:	Yes, but no flash, and please share your photos with us.

Question:	Hello Shayna, I see that Sales Ended for the 10pm show on Nov. 5th, does that also mean Sold Out or can tickets be purchased at the door?
Answer:	Yes, it's sold out. You can still get tickets for the 7PM show...

Question:	Hey Shayna. Is it quite picnic seating if I buy tickets to the 7:00 show? I'd like to have some drinks, but I don't want to be "inappropriate" at the kid's show...
Answer:	It is fine to BYOB at the 7PM show.

Question:	is this event wheelchair accessible?
Answer:	It's almost. There are about 6 stairs that you need to tackle before the elevator. We are happy to send people out to assist. We deeply appologize for this...we are as shocked as anyone that a city funded building isn't ADA compliant. But, like I said, we are happy to assist you.
