Reed College Port and Chocolate Pairing
What does cacao content mean? How can eating chocolate from small growers help conserve biological diversity and reforest critical habitats? Is chocolate an aphrodisiac?
Please join the Southern California Chapter of the Reed Alumni Association for a an afternoon of gourmet chocolate treats from around the world. Each of the four different chocolates you will sample will be paired to a fine port. The result: a most outrageous organoleptic experience in the company of fellow Reedies.
There are only 40 spots. Price $15 per person. Children, spouses, and friends are welcome. Please reserve early to ensure a spot.
