Two women. Two styles kinds of comedy. One audience united by hilarity. This is SWEET PAPRIKA. Hosting as a duo, "naming" their outfits and clutching vodkas, each week Allison Castillo and Ophira Eisenberg create a rollicking Ab Fab atmosphere, minus the British accents. Castillo and Eisenberg use their proven comedic talents to bring together the alternative and club stand-up worlds --hosting the best up-and-coming and established comedians from New York City and across the country in a show that Backstage Magazine named a Comedy Best Bet. Two years and going strong, Sweet Paprika has established itself as a high quality show frequented by alternative comedy lovers, industry and tourists alike. Guests at Sweet Paprika have included Brian Kiley (writer, Late Night with Conan O'Brien), Christian Finnegan (Comedy Central Presents), Lizz Winstead (co-creator, The Daily Show), Alan Havey (HBO's One Night Stand), and Demetri Martin (Perrier Award Winner, Edinburgh Comedy Festival).
