This year at The VUDE, we've decided to take matters in to our own hands, and make the celebration easier and dare we say, even more fun! On Monday (you are not working that day anyway), December 30th, the penultimate NYE, spend a night of annual remembrance and anticipation with Chef Jeremy Ravetz of QUINN'S, Craft Brew Alliance, Tieton Cider Works, and Hand of God Wines.
Sooo, let's party like it's 1999. And who says we should wait till New Year's Eve? What about the Eve of the Eve? It's All About Eve.
Of course, a new years party must have bubbles. But this is not a traditional bubbly event and not on a traditional Eve. So, plan on bubbles of another kind. And for that matter, food of another kind. But we promise your senses will walk away smiling as you recall the night's many courses and libations.
Of course there will be many toasts, poppers, kisses at the bewitching hour and many other surprises.
So join us as we celebrate the penultimate good riddance of unlucky 13 and bring in double 7's with a spirited group of collaborators, foodies, winos and other un-sultry characters.
Chef Jeremy Ravetz is one of the Pacific Northwest's most established food and beverage pairing talents. Prior to his installment at QUINN's, Ravetz was the opening chef de cuisine of Michael Mina, San Francisco in its newer California Street location. Ravetz has also spent time in the kitchen of Jonathan Sundstrom, as sous chef of Lark Restaurant in Seattle, where he worked with local artisans to present rustic seasonal dishes, as well as chef de partie of Michelin Three Star Restaurant,
Per Se in Manhattan, where he helped execute unique nine-course tasting menus that changed daily and were continuously heralded as exceptional. Ravetz' experience derived from some of the world's most celebrated restaurants and high-end pub dining makes him the perfect fit to pair his amazing food with the nights diverse beverage line-up.

We have reserved and purchased a guest suite at the Pan Pacific Hotel condos, just three blocks away. No worrying about driving anywhere after the event, just a 5 min walk home.
