French Classics - Little-Known Alsace
French cuisine was once considered the epitome of fine dining in New York City. One of the most beloved and highly regarded bastions of classic French cuisine was Lutèce. In his 34 years as the chef and owner of Lutèce, Chef Andre Soltner only missed 5 days from his kitchen. Tonight we will honor Chef Soltner with a traditional family-style meal from his native Alsace. We will feature beverage pairings, a bit of history of the region and its classic dishes, and hopefully a visit from the Master himself! We will also raffle signed copies of the Lutèce cookbook with proceeds going to a culinary scholarship fund of Chef Soltner's choice.
Included in ticket price: Three or more course family-style meal, each course includes one paired beverage. Additional drinks are also available - you can pre-purchase drink tokens with your ticket to get the discounted price (also available at the door). Tokens are good for this and all upcoming A-List Culinary Events at Jimmy's No. 43 through 2014.
Cancelation Policy: All guests must prepay in full prior to the event. If tickets are cancelled more than 72 hours prior to the event, a full credit, or full refund will be issued. If cancelled 72 hours or less in advance of start time no refunds will be issued, however we will issue a credit of 75% of the ticket price toward a future class.
