This past August, we had the experience to go to the Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort, KY and make a selection for our own private barrel. Upon arrival at the beautiful grounds of the distillery, we were treated to a full tour of all of the basic distillery operations, as well as some very special sights.
We were taken into one of the many timeless rick houses, each unique with its own specific design and infrastructure to take on the daunting task of selecting one barrel to bear the American Oak label.

Our selected AO Private Stock bourbon is a single barrel of the 10 year old Eagle Rare Label, encompassing what truly makes the Buffalo Trace Distillery unique.
