FamilyFarmed.org's "Wholesale Success" training has become the gold standard for learning best practices in food safety, post-harvest handling, and packing produce for small and mid-sized growers wanting to expand their sales to wholesale accounts. We are thrilled to bring this excellent training program to Southern Oregon.

Each farm will receive: - Free copy of the newly revised and updated 312 page manual "Wholesale Success: A Farmer's Guide to Food Safety, Selling, Postharvest Handling, and Packing Produce" ($70 value) - Full day of training with a professional instructor - Lunch - Opportunity to provide feedback to Thrive, OSU, Friends of Family Farmers, Oregon Food Bank and Ecotrust/FoodHub all at once.
