French regional cuisine is characterized by its extreme diversity and style. Traditionally, each region of France has its own distinctive cuisine. Join Chef Christopher Carey as he guides you through four regions to get a taste of classic French cuisine.
Register for the entire series under the Week One date or if you can't commit to the entire series, register for the menu you crave most!
Week One - Wednesday, January 15 Bordeaux: Cassoulet, Chickpea Salad, Pate Sable, Walnut Tart
Week Two - Wednesday, January 22 Normandy: Celery Root Puree, Mussels, Norman Apple Tart, Salade du Berger
Week Three - Wednesday, January 29 Paris: Potage Parisien, Salade aux Lardons, Skate with Brown Butter, Profiteroles
Week Four - Wednesday, February 5 Provence: Soupe au Pistou, Ratatouille, Rack of Lamb, Cherry Clafoutis
