FC-20
A Swag bag of beats, chock full of uniquely mixed and mashed up, Electro, Rap, Rock, and Ska. FC20 offer twisted music for a twisted world. They are: A Prid (rhymes & verbals), Simon Webb (vocals & speech), Scott Stewart (beats & rhythms), Asa Brown (keys & sounds), Georgie Dean (bass & grooves) and Jean-Paul Reilly (guitar). Heavily redolent of legendary streetwise London outfits The Blockheads, Clash, Madness & The Streets, they also bear a passing resemblance to 90's rave-rock groovers, Happy Mondays. The vibe is not disimilar-bags of attitude, natty lines, choppy guitars, wah-wah pedals, woozy keys and spacey beats.
We People
Bringing you solid, heartfelt, Chilled out aural sensations with an acid Jazz flavor. We People are a trio forged out of Smokin' vocals (Iulia), Bumping Bass (mark) and Harmonious Keys (Sam). With varied Jazz, funk and soul influences, they wish only to ignite some passion and elevate weary minds to creative realms and pastures near and far.
No ism's
Born out of a lost and colourful past, No Isms is a fusion of the warm, ferocious, lively vocals of Louisa Cosgrove with the solid bass lines and always funky, sometimes jazzy keys of Sam Clarke. They can liberate your soul with a funky, rocky perspective on a surprising selection of covers.
Kai Wolf
Kai Wolf is a singer songwriter, born and raised in London. He began writing songs and playing the guitar at the age of 18,much inspired by artists such as Kurt Cobain and Jeff Buckley. He say's "There are many ways to tell stories and so many different mediums to tell them in, but, music is, and always will be, my first love" His soulful voice has a blistering edge and can lull an audience into a sweet surrender, or whip them into a rowdy frenzy. Never conforming to type, Marcel has many elements to his style. With influences that include, Fiona Apple, Led Zeppelin, Lenny Kravitz, Ray Lamontagne,John Martyn and Van Hunt, to name but a few. Body Odor
Body Odor
Hick Trash folk Punk Blitzen, Deliverance style. There here to change scenes, yours first and for the better. Their lo-fi approach leads them to release some of their material on cassette tape through Regent Records in the future.
Ollie Brum
Having cut his teeth on the London session circuit, his fiery guitar playing and gravel tinged voice will leave you stunned.
Ollie's influences are wide ranging and include world folk styles, pop punk and more traditional singer songwriters from the sixties and seventies. Presented with his trademark wit and acerbic banter his acoustic songs reflect on modern life, love and politics and will make you laugh, cry and will hopefully leave you with something to think about.
DJ Osho
Ska-House and Balkan Beats that move.
And Jean Paul from Vinyl-Junkies
Once an essential port of call for DJs including Gilles Peterson, Norman Jay, Carl Craig and Groove Armada. JP will be mixing from his boxes of House and Grooves to bring you big cuts of his tasty heavy vinyl pie.
