Love Stories of the Whiteside Theatre 2014
On Saturday, February 8th, the Whiteside Theatre Foundation will be offering Love Stories of the Whiteside Theatre at 2 PM. This guided walking tour involves a walk through history to the present day and the true love stories of the couples who met, dated, and fell in love at the historic venue. A great romantic date choice!
The Whiteside Theatre is located at 361 S.W. Madison Avenue, Corvallis. All proceeds from this tour will support the rehabilitation of the theatre, and the current fund raising campaign, raising grant-matching funds to hire a theatre designer.
The tour, led by local theatre historian, Louise-Annette Burgess, starts at 2 PM and can be offered in an accessible (no stairs) format if prior notification is sent to info@whitesidetheatre.org. Cameras and other recording devices are not allowed. Tours are $12 for the general admission. As there is limited space, tickets may be secured in advance at LoveStories/brownpapertickets.com
or, if room available, for $15 cash-only on Feb. 8th from 1:30 PM - 2 PM at the theatre box office.
