Slow Food San Francisco Olive Oil Tasting and Tapas Dinner '09
Slow Food San Francisco is hosting an Olive Oil tasting and light tapas dinner. Please join us on Tuesday, January 27th at 6:30pm in California Culinary Academy's demonstration kitchen. Those in attendance will be presented with a variety of Olive Oils and several tasty tapas accompanied by few glasses wonderful wine.
The Olive Oil producers on hand will be Pablo Voitzuk the managing director of Apollo Olive Oil, Joe Bozzano of Bozzano Olive Oil, Mike Madison of Yolo Press Olive Oil and Charles Crohare of Olivina.
