Eating Italy in Miami

A simple labor of love. This is la dolce vita of James Beard Award-winning chef Jeffrey Michaud, shared in traditional Italian delights made his own in his new cookbook -- Eating Italy: A Chef's Culinary Adventure (Running Press.) We welcomed him to Harry's Pizzeria as part of its pop-up series in 2013 before its release, and now we are over-the-moon to have Jeff back in Miami in 2014 and into our flagship kitchen for the first time. He'll be cooking some new dishes from its pages and now a signed copy is included to take home to your own kitchen. Just listen to Michael, who put it best:
