Immerse yourself in this extended course in the Thai culinary arts and boot your Thai cooking skills to life. Pranee designs the menus and lessons to help you establish and deepen your Thai culinary insight as a lifelong investment in Thai foods know-how from ingredients, to cooking methods, to cultural wisdom. There will be lots of foods to sample during the class, and a sit-down lunch at the end of the classes. Each class includes recipes.
Yam Neua (Beef Mint Salad with Toasted Rice Powder), Som Tum (green papaya salad with lime-peanut dressing. Tom Kha Gai (Chicken Galangal Soup with Lemongrass and Kaffir Lime), Phad Thai (Phad Thai Noodles Stirfry with Prawns), Phanang Curry (Phanange Curry with beef), Gai Phad Med Mamuang (Stirfried Chicken, Onion, Pepper and Cashews), Kao Horm (Steamed Jasmine Rice), and Kao Neow Mamuang (sticky rice and mango).
