Learn to make 3 citrus-based drinks with acclaimed bartender and author Scott Beattie and hear about small batch distilling from 13th generation distiller, Marko Karakasevic of Charbay Winery and Distillery. Each guest will have hands-on time with Scott, and instruction includes side recipes, garnish how-to, foams, and rim sugars and salts. Drinks will feature Charbay spirits and fresh, seasonal fruit from the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market. Guests will enjoy the drinks they have learned to make (Meyer Beautiful "My, You're Beautiful", Pelo del Perro "Hair of the Dog", and Bleeding Orange) and signed copied of Beattie's book, "Artisanal Cocktails: Drinks Inspired by the Seasons from the Bar at Cyrus" will be for sale. Class is $25 per person, and all proceeds benefit CUESA.

Note: The event will be held in CUESA's Dacor teaching kitchen in the North Arcade of the Ferry Building.
