No-Book Book Club: Healthy Holiday Indulging
Learn how you can eat well during the holidays AND indulge in your favorite holiday traditions. Heather Ratliff, The Wellness RN, will share tips and tricks on how to enjoy the food from the holidays without feeling like you've lost control or power to cheesecake or your grandma's famous buckeye candies. Christine Horton, owner of Beer and Skittles, will share samples of Sangria. Bridgett Blough, The Organic Gypsy, will demonstrate techniques and share her recipe for a healthy holiday appetizer: Butternut Squash Bruschetta.
$15 includes appetizer tasting, free Sangria sampling, and cooking class with a recipe
