Dance Me Fit presents: Dance It Out (DIO) and Zumba for Charity! For the Benefit of Safe Harbor.
Come get a great workout with two different styles of dance fitness! Open to all levels. Instructors from San Diego, Los Angeles and Utah! Come raise money, win raffle prizes and have a fun time for a good cause!
Safe Harbor is a non-profit organization, that provides shelter, supportive services and advocacy to survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, as well as education, awareness and resources to our community. Our dedication to these objectives reflects our belief in the right of all individuals to a self-determined life free of violence.
Location: Marshall White Center located in Utah at 222 28th Street, Ogden, Utah
Cost: $10 suggested donation for adults and $5 suggested donation for kids ages 10-17 yrs old.

Dance It Out (DIO) was created by Billy Blanks Jr. and Sharon Catherine Blanks!DIO is a total body, high energy, cardio dance workout that is infused with 20 plus styles of dance including Hip Hop, Bollywood, Line dancing, Ballroom, Disco, 80's, Broadway, African, Russian, Irish, Hula and so much more! Steps are easy-to-learn and fun to dance to while burning a lot of calories.
Zumba program is all about. It's a Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party that's moving millions of people toward joy and health. Zumba combines dance routines and fitness together. Mixing many different Latin and international styles of dance including: Salsa, Reggaeton, Merengue, Cumbia, Samba, Flamengo and more!
