Welcome to Whim where I'll taking the helm in the kitchen and offering an affordable, multiple course tasting menu that emphasizes Pacific Northwest ingredients artfully prepared in a fun and intimate setting. Operating for one night only out of the beautiful Bloom Restaurant in Ballard, I've partnered with Dan Phan (Le Pichet, Joule, Chiso) in the kitchen to bring you an intimate and special dinner serving fantastic food. An optional NW beer or wine pairing for those 21+ will be available for additional purchase on-site by cash or credit card. Please indicate at check-out if you prefer a vegetarian entree. Our menu will be announced around November 4th.
Doors open at 6pm. Dinner will be served at 6:30pm. Whim is styled like a family dinner or a supper club meaning everyone starts eating at the same time. Please be courteous to other guests by being on time.
Tickets for tables will be offered in pairs of 2. Individual seats at the bar are available for purchase. We will do our best to combine tables if needed for groups. Gratuity for our service staff is included in the price of your ticket.
The fine print...we unfortunately cannot accommodate food allergies or vegan diets due to the limited nature of Whim. While we offer a vegatarian option, dairy, soy, nuts and the like will be used. Tickets to Whim are non-refundable but transferable.
