Eating for Energy
What would your life be like with an abundance of energy and vitality? Everything that you take in is food for our body, mind and spirit. What you allow into your body can either nourish and energize you or drain you. This workshop will cover foods as well as lifestyle factors that contribute to a sense of energy and vitality, and how to easily incorporate them into daily life. It will be an interactive class, encouraging participation in a way that people
tune into their own energy levels and explore what is or isn't working for them.
If you experience mood swings, fatigue, or cravings for sugar and/or caffeine this workshop is geared towards helping you understand the relationship between food, lifestyle choices and your disposition. Discover where you can add in more energy increasing or stabilizing foods so that you will have the energy you want to do the things you love to do.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:
Michele Trump is a Certified Holistic Health Coach and Licensed Massage Practitioner. She is passionate about mind-body passionate about mind-body wellness and mindful nutrition. It was through her personal journey overcoming health obstacles rooted overcoming health obstacles rooted in stress that she was drawn to a more holistic approach for well-being. She enjoys running, yoga, spending time in nature, and cooking healthful meals.
