| Description |
 After a one month winter break, we're opening enrollment for another semester of Beer University! Join us for a great evening of beer tasting and discussion with Stones resident beer evangelist and happy blabbermouth, Ken Wright. Also on hand to help keep Professor Wright focused and on topic will be fellow tour guide -- or TA, if you will -- Matt Steirnagle. You'll learn how brewers combine water, barley, hops and yeast and make something truly magical. The 2 hour class provides an excellent introduction to the basics of craft brewing, and will explore beers many different styles and how they have come to be enjoyed today. These informal classes are always popular, so stock up on pencils and get your tickets now!NOTE: No one under 21 years old will be admitted. |
